Municipal-wide burn ban lifted May 1, 2019
Kawartha Lakes – Kawartha Lakes Fire Rescue Service has lifted the municpal-wide burn ban effective May 1, 2019. As of May 1, the current burn hazard index is set to moderate.
Residents are asked to use caution if they are burning. Fires should be supervised by an adult at all times and a means of controlling fires should be present.
